M.E.J. Mannering, Chairman

Mike Mannering has over 30 years experience in the energy industry. In the early part of his career he worked for Shell International before joining Schlumberger in 1985. Mike was appointed Chairman of Schlumberger companies UK in 2001.

He is currently President of Rig Management at Schlumberger with responsibility for the schlumberger fleet of drilling rigs. He also holds Board Directorships in Schlumberger Oilfield UK, Petro Alliance Russia and Saxon Energy Services Canada.

Chris is co-founder of Navetas and has over 15 years experience in the Energy Management industry. He has been Managing Director of two global businesses in this industry sector, providing expertise in commercial and general management.

He is Past President and a Director of BEAMA, the British Electrotechnical and Allied Manufacturers Association. Chris is BEng graduate from the University of Sheffield and MBA qualified.

Chris is co-founder of Navetas. He has over a decade's experience in Energy Management specialising in Research and Development roles and working on products that range from basic to highly complex along with the IT systems that sit behind them.

Chris is a member of the Institute of Engineering Technology (IET) in London.

Malcolm McCulloch, Non-Executive Director and Co-founder of ISE

Malcolm McCulloch

Non-Executive Director and Co-founder of ISE

Malcolm developed ISE's core technology along with Jim Donaldson. He is currently head of the Electrical Power Group at Oxford University’s Engineering Department where he focuses his research on developing sustainable energy technologies in the areas of transport, electricity generation and domestic energy reduction.

Malcolm is also director of the Institute for Carbon and Energy Reduction in Transport at Oxford University.

Jim Donaldson, Co-founder of ISE

Co-founder of ISE and Director of Innovation

Jim is a chartered engineer and graduated with a MEng in Engineering Science from Oxford University where he developed a specialism in Electronics and Artificial Intelligence.

Prior to his return to Oxford to develop the ISE core technology along with Malcolm McCulloch, Jim spent a number of years leading technology development in a number of high-tech start-ups and SMEs.

Erika Emeny, Chief Financial Officer

Erika joined Navetas in January 2009, soon after the businesses incorporation. Prior to that Erika worked in a global business with responsibility for all elements of internal financial management, managing budgets in excess of £40 million.

She has also held combined senior management roles in Commercial, Human Resources and Business Management. Erika qualified with The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in 2001.
